Three years ago, Todd A. and Angelique Padilla Hartog made a deliberate pivot — leaving behind a successful run owning and operating a chain of retail stores to build something more lasting in financial services. Angelique, a contract attorney by training, brought the legal precision and structural rigor that most agencies sorely lack. Todd brought the entrepreneurial drive and people-first leadership honed from years running high-volume consumer businesses. Together, they channeled everything they'd learned into IntelliGen Wealth Partners — an organization built on a single belief: that independent agents who work hard deserve access to the best contracts, the best training, and leadership that's genuinely invested in their success. They built IntelliGen to be the organization they wish had existed when they were starting out — transparent, generous, and built around people who want to win.
Todd C. Hartog is a licensed insurance agent and team leader with IntelliGen Wealth Partners. A Chapman University graduate with a degree in Finance and an MBA, Todd combines academic rigor with real-world sales execution. With a focus on life and health insurance, he brings a client-first approach and a drive to help families find real financial protection. He's also building his own downline of agents — and is actively looking for motivated people who want to join the team and build something of their own.
